CONNECT – COLLABORATE – COMMUNICATE

Africa SME Development Award 2019

There is a huge need to highlight SME success stories and those organizations and people who enable that success. The Awards will create positive opportunities, in addition to giving back to the development of Africa SMEs through sponsoring companies to have a profile on the portal – thus giving the SME visibility – with all the functionality to showcase projects, events and jobs. Qualifying companies will have significant exposure and promote African SMEs in a special way.

Award Criteria

The opportunity for trade and investment between US and African SMEs is only limited by vision. Africa Business Portal’s mission is to reduce the barriers to trade and investment at a level where there is full engagement.

  • These awards highlight reputable firms and individuals in the US who are currently engaged with Africa SMEs.
  • These firms become examples that profitable trade and investment can occur within Africa with a commitment to regulatory compliance.
  • These firms also have the opportunity to ‘sponsor’ other reputable firms within Africa for recognition in the program, thus allowing their growth and access to markets.

Added Benefits

  • Selection of an SME in Africa to have full access to the portal
  • Immediate recognition – PR published on site
  • Recognition in ABP Newsletter
  • Recognition at international launch event
  • Full company annual membership privileges including:
    • Insider reports
    • Access and communications to the wider Africa Business Portal network.
